Mechanical Project Manager

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Plumbing & Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. Our client is a leading provider of construction services, specializing in mechanical projects. As a Plumbing & Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure timely delivery of materials
Communicate details and requirements for submittal process to subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct Pre-Construction Start Up Meeting with Project Manager/Field Staff and Operations Director
Attend and participate in meetings with Architect/Engineer and owner representatives
Analyze and resolve work problems
Manage project budget, control expenses, and administer owner and subcontractor billings

Qualifications:

Four year college degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural, or equivalent
Skill and experience using Microsoft Excel
Driver's license and method of transportation is required
Strong teamwork orientation
Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and advance
CAD, PMP Certification, and advance degree are a plus
Experience with Multi-Family and Commercial projects is desired
