Job Description:

The Client seeks to hire a Senior Business System Analyst (BA) resource to provide business process analysis and evaluation, system analysis, requirement gathering, testing, documenting, and liaising with stakeholders.

Complete Description:

The client is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst (BPA). The BPA must have experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, systems, and user needs, including documenting process flows, and requirements, supporting the development of systems to align with business process re-engineering, and providing consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor. The BPA must have a technology background and experience with re-engineering complex business processes, design and documentation of processes in close consultation with business users and technology teams, and the ability to contribute to the solution architecture. The BPA will work as part of a team responsible for the data modernization initiative.

Skills:

• Business analysis experience. Required 11 Years
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 15 Years
• Software Development Lifecycle experience. Required 8 Years
• Requirements gathering and documentation. Required 8 Years
• MS Office + MS Project or other Project Management software. Required 8 Years
• Business process analysis and the ability to implement change. Required 11 Years
• Experience with developing strategies and processes to improve overall business workflow. Required 11 Years
• Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and test scripts. Required 11 Years
• Experience developing develops System Requirements Specification (SRS). Required 11 Years
• Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and in writing. Required 11 Years
