Position: Varsity Boys Basketball Coach
Inland Lakes Schools is looking for the following:
- Basketball Coaching Experience is required preferably high school.
- Coaching experience is required preferably high school coaching experience.
- Knowledge of modern speed, agility and weight training programs.
- The ability to engage athlete’s year-round.
- The ability to differentiate instruction with a variety of strategies.
- The knowledge and skill to provide feedback in a variety of ways to motivate student athletes.
- The knowledge and ability to scaffold learning of basic fundamentals for grades 3-12 program.
- The willingness and ability to become CPR/AED certified, attend CAP 1 MHSAA coaching course, and meet all other MHSAA coaching requirements.
