Shipping Clerk (CA)

Fenix Parts is one of the nations leading recyclers and resellers of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products. The Fenix companies have been in business more than 25 years and currently operate from 30 locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems.

Our organization is facing rapid growth & we’re looking for exceptional shipping clerks to help ensure orders are processed on time. If you take pride in your work and are committed to assuring consistent quality, appearance, and accuracy of outgoing orders, this is the position for you!

Job Snapshot:

• Monday - Friday, no weekends.
• 8am to 5pm shift.
• $18-$20 per hour.
• Will be responsible for shipping and receiving small packages delivered through 3rd party services (UPS, FedEx etc).
• Receiving 3rd party delivered packages and properly routing them to the appropriate party.
• Will perform general warehouse focused duties on top of shipping duties.
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Entering shipping data in YMS system.
• Staging parts for Fenix delivery trucks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous shipping/warehouse experience.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, except when operating machinery.
• Able to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills.
