Operations Manager--Landscape + Snow Removal

What You Will Be Doing

--Projects in this business unit will be focused on landscape maintenance and snow removal in the greater Chicago area.

- Oversees equipment, logistics, and production crews
- Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of all workers on site
- Develops and implements quality control programs
- Coordinates required inspections
- Participates in daily, weekly, monthly planning process as appropriate
- Maintains daily log and production report of activities on the job site
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

What You Need for this Position

At least 7 years of operations experience and knowledge of:

- Landscape Maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Commercial Construction
- Some higher education is a PLUS
