Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Representative, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of construction projects related to concrete work and foundations. Your responsibilities will include:

Project planning and scheduling

Qualifications:

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant work experience in construction project management.

Prior experience in construction supervision, project engineering, or assistant project management is advantageous.

Knowledge and skills:

Strong understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications such as CCM, PMP, and OSHA certification for construction safety are beneficial.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.

Familiarity with construction software for scheduling, estimating, and project management.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Navigate construction sites, which may involve climbing, bending, and lifting.
