The AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team shapes the digital transformation necessary for our treatments to positively impact patients' lives. In the role of the Business Analytics Project Manager, you'll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing key data and analytics initiatives, programs, and projects supporting our Allergan Aesthetics Commercial business and ensuring commitment to scope, schedule and budget are met.
• Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and resources, managing schedule and key milestones, and summarizing progress of project.
• Facilitating program reviews, status, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Working across IT and business functions to negotiate and secure the availability of resources to meet the demands of the projects.
• Building and maintaining working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments contributing to the projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status and health of the project.
• Proactively understanding Marketing and Sales strategies and identifying current and emerging business needs and assist in evaluating technology solutions to balance short term and long-term objectives.
• Supporting the annual budget, long range planning, and forecasting for data and analytics projects.
• Compliance with applicable BTS, Corporate, and Divisional Policies and Procedures

Qualifications

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience; Master's Degree with 6 years' experience; or PhD with 2 years' experience
• 3+ years of experience leading data and analytics projects in a delivery capacity.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight and self-manage time and priorities; deliverables and relationships are monitored through periodic reviews. and act with urgency and passion.
• Experience managing Agile (Scrum), waterfall, and hybrid projects with demonstrated knowledge of modern software management and collaboration tools, e.g.: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Excel, Smartsheet
• Ability to tailor project management processes to suit business needs and resources.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and continuous improvement.
• Acts with urgency and passion to make high-quality decisions and seeks out and considers diversity of input.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively engage with senior leaders, key stakeholders, business, and technology functions in a cross-functional matrix environment.
