Location: San Antonio – Travel within the San Antonio Area


Job Summary:


The Integrated Marketing Specialist is a key team member of our Marketing and Intake department. Are you a dynamic and outgoing individual with a talent for building connections? Are you passionate about making a difference in the Autism community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!


We are seeking an enthusiastic ABA Clinic Liaison to serve as the bridge between our clinics, healthcare professionals, and potential talent. This role is pivotal in fostering connections within the healthcare institution, involving responsibilities such as campus recruitment, physician liaison, brand ambassadorship, content creation, and event coordination.


Join us in spreading positivity and forging meaningful connections within the Autism (ABA) community.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Campus Recruitment:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions to attract top-tier talent.
  • Organize campus visits, career fairs, and information sessions to engage with students and promote opportunities within the institution.

Physician Liaison:

  • Serve as a point of contact between the institution and healthcare professionals, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Cultivate partnerships with physicians and medical professionals to enhance the institution's reputation and referral network.

Brand Ambassadorship:

  • Promote the institution's brand and values through various channels including social media, networking events, an community outreach initiatives.
  • Act as a representative of the institution, embodying its mission and vision in all interactions.

Content Creation:

  • Generate compelling content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts to engage with target audiences and showcase the institution's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organizational goals and audience preferences.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute events ranging from informational seminars and workshops to community outreach programs and networking events.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events are executed seamlessly to maximize impact and attendance.

Community Liaison:

  • Foster relationships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders to support the institution's presence and involvement in the community.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and engagement to enhance the institution's reputation and social responsibility efforts.

Education and Experience:


Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, or community engagement roles preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and event-planning software

Preferred:

  • 1+ year experience within the ABA industry
  • Experience working in a growing organization
