Thinkpath Engineering Services, LLC (TES), a leader in customized engineering solutions, is looking to expand their Account Management team within their Dayton, Ohio location to assist in marketing its diverse service offerings.

TES has been providing a variety of engineering solutions since 1977 including:

Engineering & Design Services (I.e. Conceptual design, layouts, form/fit & function, reverse engineering, and detailing.)
Technical Publications & Documentation Services (I.e. Technical writing, illustrations, editing, etc.)
Training Services - Instructional System Design (ISD) & e-Learning Solutions (CBT, WBT)
Contract Placement (Technical placement of engineers, designers, drafters, technical writers, illustrators, etc.)

The following is an overview of some of the tasks the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Account Management of new and existing accounts.
Customer meetings
New Business development
Lead generation
Proposal generation
Presentations

Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills (spoken and written), Problem Solving, Engineering/Technical Knowledge, Great interpersonal skills, Presentation Skills, Knowledge of CAD, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, Minimum of three years sales experience, Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• CAD Services: Includes parametric modeling, detailing, incorporation of ECNs into existing designs, BOM development, and conversion services between various CAD packages.

• Technical Documentation: TES technical documentation team has the ability to author documents, incorporate engineering changes into existing documents, create illustrations and produce animations.

• Contract and Direct Placement: Technical placement of engineers, designers, drafters, as well as additional technical professionals in various industries.
