Production and Process Engineer

Position Overview:
The Production and Process Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product quality across our operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in chemical process engineering, particularly in the areas of wafer processing and electronic packaging materials. This is a full-time, in-person position located at our manufacturing facilities in Princeton Junction, NJ. The salary range for this position is $50-80,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize processes for the production of thermal interface materials, conformal coatings, and electronic adhesives.
• Implement and refine production techniques that align with our clean and advanced manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up new products from development to commercial production efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards throughout manufacturing processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve process capability, reduce variability, and ensure consistent quality in end products.
• Address technical challenges in process integration and maintain rigorous standards in environmental and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment focused on electronic materials or similar products.
• Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of leading cross-functional projects.
