Mid & High Level Line Cook Position - Haoles Hawaiian Grindz (Coati)

Are you a talented line cook with a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes? Haoles Hawaiian Grindz is looking for you! Our bustling downtown restaurant is seeking experienced line cooks at entry, mid, and high levels to join our team.

As a line cook at Haoles Hawaiian Grindz, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the exact specifications of our executive chef and sous chef
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and work area
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and plated according to our high standards of presentation
• Working collaboratively with other members of our culinary team to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and memorable dining experience
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure that our guests receive safe and high-quality meals
• Managing and organizing inventory, including ordering and receiving deliveries
• Maintaining knowledge of our menu and the ingredients used in each dish

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
• A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to work well as part of a team and to communicate effectively with other team members
• The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• A passion for cooking and a desire to continue to learn and grow as a chef
