IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN)
- Full-Time
- You will plan and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software systems to meet customer's business requirements.
- You will consult with customers to identify and specify IT related requirements.
- You will diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents.
- You will manage accounts, network rights and access to systems and equipment.
Requirements

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 45 - System Administration within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must have at least one year IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

- Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
- Performing cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposals for new or modified IT-related systems or components.
- Designing, developing, implementing and managing systems, networks and data.
- Using performance management/measurement methods, tools and techniques to optimize the functionality of systems, networks and data.
- Delivering IT services that are responsive to customer needs and requirements.
