CRM Consultant

Our client is searching for a temporary CRM Consultant. You’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system. If you’re passionate about fostering investor relationships, providing accurate information, and contributing to a successful startup, this opportunity is for you. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.  Expected starting base salary $25 to $35 per hour. 

Job Description:

• Administer user accounts, maintain data integrity, and configure system settings.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.

• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential investors.

• Communicate timely updates on the company’s financial performance and investment opportunities.

• Coordinate investor meetings and events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data for investor reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations or a similar role.

• Experience with investor reporting and financial analysis.
