Union Structural Steel Fabrication Shop

We are a large structural steel fabricator located in Murrieta CA. Looking to add to our highly skilled team of fabricators. Below are the union classifications. We are looking to fill all positions in both day and night shift.

Union CLASSIFICATION

LAYOUT MAN/SENIOR FITTER - $28.48 Day and Night shift

(Possesses the skill and ability required to layout, assemble and fit all classes of work normally fabricated in the Company’s shop and who is able to read and interpret all types of blueprints required for such work)

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC -Position currently filled

(Possesses the skill and ability required to maintain all equipment normally used in the Company’s operations)

SENIOR MACHINE OPERATOR - $28.20. Night shift preferred

(Possesses the skill, ability, and certification required to operate all sophisticated equipment normally used in the Company’s operations) Voortman Machines

DRIVER - CLASS A - Position currently filled

(Possesses a Class A license and the skill, ability, and licensing required to operate all vehicles normally used in the Company’s operations)

SENIOR WELDER - $25.04 Night shift preferred

(Possesses the skill, ability, and certifications required to weld all classes of work normally performed in the Company’s operations)

FITTER - $21.95 Night shift preferred

(Possesses the skill and ability to assemble specific classes of work the Company normally performs)

FITTER TRAINEE:

1st 130 working days - $18.88 (Training to become a Fitter)

WELDER - $21.95

(Possesses the skill, ability, and certifications required to weld most classes of work normally performed in the Company’s operations)

WELDER TRAINEE:

1st 130 working days - $18.88 (Training to become a Welder)

YARDMAN - Position currently filled

(Possesses the skill, ability, and certifications required to load, unload, and move all classes of work normally fabricated in the Company’s operations)

DRIVER - Position currently filled

(Possesses the skill, ability, and licensing required to operate other vehicles normally used in the Company’s operations)

PAINTER - $21.95 Day shift preferred

(Possesses the skill and ability required to operate computer numerical control (CNC) equipment normally used in the Company’s painting operations)

CNC OPERATOR - $23.08 Night shift preferred

(Possesses the skill and ability required to operate and maintain all equipment normally used in the Company’s painting operations) Voortman Machines

MACHINE OPERATOR - $21.50 Night shift preferred

(Possesses the skill and ability required to operate specific equipment normally used in the Company’s operations) Voortman Machines

MACHINE OPERATOR TRAINEE Night shift preferred

1st 130 working days - $18.88 (Training to become a Machine Operator)

SENIOR HELPER - $18.00 Night shift preferred

(Possesses the skill and ability required to assist a higher rated employee in all of the Company’s operations and/or clean fabricated products)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
