At Luxe Looks, we specialize in natural-looking crochet installs with no hair left out. Our luxurious protective styles last up to 8 weeks, depending on your maintenance routine. All installs include a spa shampoo, deep condition, steam, and premium synthetic hair.

Opportunity Overview
Luxe Looks seeks a Brand Ambassador to model seamless crochet hairstyles and garner new clientele. Our Brand Ambassador will be compensated in the form of seamless crochet installs, natural hair maintenance, and commission-based payment (12.5% of new clients completed bookings that use your referral code | Average: $21 per booking). This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the faces of our brand and make a lasting impact on our target audience. This is a contract opportunity, with the first term to end in 6-9 months (negotiable). After a successful term, there are opportunities for a longer term and increased commissions.

Role Requirements

(25%) Schedule an appointment for a seamless crochet install every 8-10 weeks. Hair Ambassador consents to photo and video recording during each appointment.
(25%) Post approved update photos, videos, and shorts of your Luxe Looks crochet hairstyle.
(20%) Maintain your seamless crochet install for at least 6 weeks. You may book a complimentary deinstall, wash, deep condition, steam, and blowout 8+ weeks after each install. You can choose to have another crochet style installed immediately or end with a blowout, until your next install.
(20%) Engage with current and potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
(5%) Collect data and feedback from customers to gain insights into their preferences and needs
(5%) Offer strategies for brand promotion.

Preferred Characteristics

Foundational knowledge about crochet styles, natural hair, and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build professional rapport.
Public social media profiles with regular posts and a local (Tallahassee, FL) following.
Availability to schedule a new crochet style every 8-10 weeks for the full Ambassador term.
Prior experience in retail and/or customer service.
At least 4 inches of natural hair all over your head. Shorter lengths, undercuts, and shaved sides will be considered.
