Brand Ambassador – Premium Food Brand
Location: (Philly Market)
Compensation: $25/hr — Paid Weekly
Event Days: Friday–Sunday
Role Type: Part-Time Event Staff
Reports To: Tour Manager / Program Manager
About the Role
We are looking for outgoing, energetic, and personable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium, nationally recognized food brand at events, festivals, community pop-ups, and guerrilla marketing activations.
Your role is to distribute samples, engage with the public, and create fun, memorable brand experiences across your assigned market.
Key Responsibilities
Event Activation & Customer Engagement
• Attend scheduled events, festivals, community gatherings, and pop-ups to distribute product samples.
• Set up and break down event materials, displays, and sampling stations.
• Engage with consumers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and high-energy manner.
• Share key talking points about the product.
• Create a welcoming and interactive environment that represents the brand professionally.
Guerrilla Marketing & Street Team Sampling
• Execute sampling in targeted high-traffic areas.
• Approach consumers respectfully and confidently.
• Ensure all sampling is executed cleanly, safely, and in compliance with guidelines.
• Capture required photos and videos of activations.
Brand Representation
• Wear branded uniform items where required.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge after training.
• Uphold professionalism, enthusiasm, and approachability at all times.
Reporting
• Complete KPI/sampling reports after each shift or event.
• Track sample counts and consumer interactions.
