Job Description

Sewickley Academy is seeking to hire a Development Associate. This role will play a vital role in supporting fundraising efforts, particularly in managing annual fund initiatives and coordinating campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute annual fund appeals via various channels.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and analyze performance metrics.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and track progress to meet campaign goals.
  • Cultivate donor relationships and ensure timely acknowledgments.
  • Support prospect research and stewardship efforts.
  • Manage donor database and extract relevant information for fundraising activities.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in fundraising or development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
