Job description

Hours:. Up to 25 hours per week Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm
Pay: $15/hour
Expectations:
  • Reflect a personal faith in Jesus Christ through lifestyle, church commitments and a commitment to Christian education
  • Be professional and courteous in dealing with children and their parents
  • Follow all applicable school policies and procedures

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care for a maximum of five (5) infants, 6 weeks to 18 months in age.
  • Under the direction of the First Academy Preschool Director, follow all DHS requirements for a childcare facility.
  • Collaborate with other school personnel.
  • Establish positive rapport with the parents of children cared for.

Qualifications:
  • Be a born-again Christian and member of First Baptist Church of Rogers.
  • High School diploma
  • 18 years of age
  • Willing to have a background check performed
