Sweetwater Independent School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered 3rd grade Math Teacher to join the team at Sweetwater Intermediate School. We are committed to ensuring high levels of learning for all students and are looking for an educator who is passionate about literacy instruction, data-driven practices, and collaborative teaching.

Position Overview

The 4th Grade Reading Teacher will provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction that builds strong foundational literacy skills. The ideal candidate will create a classroom environment that fosters critical thinking, reading comprehension, and a love of learning while supporting the diverse needs of all students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Tier 1 reading instruction aligned to state standards
  • Utilize formative and summative assessment data to guide instruction and interventions
