Designed with children, families, and educators in mind, this new academy represents an exciting investment in early childhood education and our community's future.
We are now hiring Children's Academy Teachers who want to be part of something special from the very beginning. What You'll Do:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and discovery
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Maintain health and safety standards, including meal service and classroom cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and York General policies

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED (Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
  • A compassionate, reliable professional with a genuine passion for working with children
  • Infant & Child CPR and First Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to complete required child care training within the first 6 months
  • Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting
