Job Description

Maintenance person :helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium Association and will report to the Property Manager. The incumbent ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition. Candidate must have initiative and the ability to work independently and report to the manager work that was accomplished.

In addition to the general maintenance of the building, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for cleaning and grounds keeping duties such as taking out trash, pick up, cleaning bathrooms, other duties as assigned.
