Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Remodeling Craftsman to join our team! In this role, you will remodel kitchens & baths, build decks and porches, finish basements, and build additions. The ideal candidate can work independently, is hard-working, and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Remodeling Craftsman with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Frame decks, basements, and additions
- Remodel Kitchens & Baths
- Hang doors and install trim (base, crown, casings, etc.)
- Install flooring such as wood, tile, and LVP
- Drywall and Painting
- Residential plumbing repairs and replacements
- Electrical: run wiring, install fixtures, and troubleshooting
- Handyman repairs
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home remodeling and/or home building
- Strong understanding of blueprints home construction anatomy
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building regulations and codes
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
