Description

Dresser Utility Solutions is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately translate all technical information in the existing app from metric to imperial for the Actaris product line. This includes size charts, product descriptions, and any relevant technical specifications.
• App Update and Testing: Work closely with the extended team to update the sizing tool in Excel. They’ll coordinate with IT on schedules and assist on updating the front end that drives the parameters of the sizing tool. Additionally, they’ll provide testing and validation to ensure that the tool works properly once IT delivers an updated tool.
• Channel Partner Engagement: Collaborate with our US channel partners to introduce the updated app and provide training on its features and benefits. Gather feedback and address any concerns to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Marketing Materials Update (Secondary Objective): If time permits, research and update US marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers) for the Actaris product line to reflect the imperial measurements and key selling points.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.2.
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and market research.
