Job description

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented 1099 Window Installers to join our team. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the expert installation of windows in residential homes, ensuring the highest level of quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong carpentry skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or lead an installation assistant as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional, high-quality window installations according to company standards and project specifications.
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner, maintaining the integrity and reputation of Expo Home Improvement.
  • Ensure all required tools, products, and materials are properly loaded and transported to job sites.
  • Review contracts, materials, and project instructions before beginning each installation.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer engineering specifications and regulatory building codes.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Complete post-installation walkthroughs with customers to demonstrate functionality and ensure satisfaction.
  • Present invoices to customers and collect final approvals upon project completion.
  • Assist the Installation Manager with any duties necessary to uphold company standards and meet department goals.
  • Troubleshoot unforeseen installation challenges and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Keep job sites clean throughout the installation process and ensure a thorough cleanup upon completion.
