Role Overview:

The Window Experts seek a motivated, detail-oriented Install Crew Member to join our expanding DFW team and deliver high-quality residential window and door installations. Working as part of a dedicated crew, you will execute the daily installation process—from site preparation and home protection to the precise removal and installation of products—ensuring every project meets TWE's standards for craftsmanship and professionalism. You will play a vital role in translating project plans into flawless execution while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient job site.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage morning logistics, including the disposal of debris from previous projects and the strategic loading and securing of products and materials to ensure safe transport.
  • Implement comprehensive "home protection" protocols upon arrival to safeguard client property and maintain TWE's reputation for cleanliness and care.
  • Execute the systematic removal of existing units and the precision installation of new windows and doors under the direction of the Crew Lead.
  • Perform high-standard finish work, including expert caulking and detailing, to ensure a weather-tight seal and aesthetic excellence.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in either residential or commercial construction.
  • A basic understanding of construction fundamentals is required.
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver's license.

Logistics:

  • This position is based on-site in Fort Worth, Texas, with daily travel to various residential project locations throughout the DFW area.
  • A company vehicle and/or gas reimbursement will be provided for travel between the warehouse and job sites.
  • All candidates must possess a valid Texas driver's license and successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
  • This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring the ability to handle heavy materials and work efficiently in various weather conditions.
