We are currently searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative and Client Liaison. This position will be a full-time office position with the ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be detail oriented and able to stay on task independently. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must. Responsible for reviewing work orders, invoicing, collections, and system reconciliations. Direct interaction with both customers and field crews.

Duties:

• Accounts receivables
• Maintain customer relationships
• Process management reports
• Data entry in various software
• Interact with office staff to meet team goals
• Ensure tasks are completed timely
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years accounting or similar experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Professional and positive attitude
• Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in an open office environment
• Bilingual a plus
• Experience with production construction a plus
• Background Check Required
