Ensure the structural integrity of bridges, dams, bulkhead walls, and marine structures that will support communities for years to come through the safe installation of pile foundations.

What you’ll get to do

  • Proudly work with a crew to self-perform pile driving operations, including installation of steel h-pile, steel pipe pile, prestressed concrete pile, prestressed concrete cylinder pile, and steel sheet pile
  • Experience the variety and challenge of building a wide range of incredible structures
  • Facilitate accurate construction execution by reading and interpreting plans and specifications

  • Enable pile driving activities by assisting with assembling of equipment and materials
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare and install piling with various tools, such as welders, torches, pneumatic power tools, and chainsaws
  • Create structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing structures by placing concrete into forms
  • Protect worker health and well-being by prioritizing a safe work environment and upholding regulatory compliance

About you

  • You enjoy working outdoors because it provides the most physical, mental, and emotional benefits
  • You have a reliable way to get to the job site daily

Even better (but not required) if you have

  • Experience installing pile with a hydraulic impact hammer, and installing from a barge or work bridge

  • Well-Being - Whether you need someone to lend a compassionate ear, offer counsel during challenging times, or provide comforting words of encouragement, we have in-house Chaplains here to support you
  • Growth - We know finding good training in this industry is hard. You won't be stuck in a role long-term if you don't want to be. If you put in the work, you'll receive hands-on training and opportunities to advance your skills and position. We look for every opportunity to grow
and develop the best in our team.
  • Balance - While many heavy civil contractors work their teams 70-80 hours per week, you can expect to work an average of 50-60 hours per week.
  • Financial Security - We regularly research the industry market to ensure we can offer you above-average pay, an annual safety-based and discretionary performance-based bonuses, a 401K plan, and medical coverage.
