Role Requirements:

• Associates degree in industrial arts or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be flexible to accomplish the necessary electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Scheduled workdays and hours may be altered depending on job demands.
• Experience with Siemens PLCs.
• Ability to electrical troubleshoot through schematics, use of a multi-meter, safety systems, I/O debugging, AS-i devices, Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Motors & Drives, and various analog devices including flow meters, temperature/conductivity transmitters, optical and proximity sensors, Ethernet communication.
• Ability to safely work with & troubleshoot 24VDC, 110, 230, 460 and 600VAC systems.
• Ability to operate in a team environment.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime may be required on some frequency

• Demonstrate a professional proactive approach to work by identifying areas for improvement and initiating actions to strengthen the line efficiencies and overall production operations.
• Driven to come to work every day to learn and grow!
• Must be able to assess all areas of machines and support equipment, experience with dairy is a plus.
• Be able to read basic electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance divisions or experience in a related position.
• Ability to disassemble and assemble all parts of machines and support equipment according to the manufacturer specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
