Service Advisor

Brunswick Auto Mart

We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor

Sales Performance and Strong Customer Satisfaction a must

Previous automotive service writer experience is required

Need evening and weekend availability for our rotating schedule

CDK/ADP experience is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and greet customers

Writing repair orders and clearly explain the requested service

Advise customers on estimate of time and cost and required maintenance

Monitor the progress of the customers vehicle and update throughout the day

Verify all final invoices, payment and reconcile paperwork as necessary
