Compensation:$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in selling their houses
- Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners to facilitate the sale of their property
- Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners
- Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task
- Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software
- Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset/attitude
- Manage the sales team and ensure that they hit company metrics
- Train sales team on rapport-building negotiations
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Technology driven
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivation
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales Experience
- No Real Estate Experience is Required but preferred
