Scope of Work

Reports to: Apparel Manager

Availability

• Full-time
• 40 hours per week

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate M&R Auto Presses: 8 Color & 14 Color
• Utilize and interpret job tickets for proper job production
• Set-up and register screens
• Load and Pull product on and off press
• Maintain a clean work station
• Lead Press Operator is responsible for color mixing, job prep review, and has final say on quality control amongst other operators.

Safe, efficient, and quality-driven machine operation.

This Roles Most Critical Outcomes

• Machine output per shift.
• Follow all quality control operating procedures.
• Meet or exceed daily quotas.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of direct automatic screen press operator experience.
• Well versed in all aspects of apparel production work including but not limited to prepress, screen making, and equipment maintenance
• Functional computer skills required to operate our production software.

• Assist in other areas of production, when needed.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning tasks
