Job Summary
We're looking for a talented and motivated Screen-Print Press Operator to join our high-energy production team at Range Printing - where craftsmanship meets creativity. In this role, you'll take the lead on running our screen-printing presses, producing bold, high-quality prints for apparel, products, and custom projects that make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do
As a Screen-Print Press Operator, you'll be at the center of our apparel and specialty print production - setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced screen-printing equipment to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, color, and precision. From multi-color prints to specialty finishes, every job is a new challenge and a chance to showcase your technical skill and attention to detail.
In this role, you'll:
  • Set up, operate, and fine-tune automatic and manual screen-printing presses (MHM, ROQ, Anatol, or similar).
  • Mix, match, and maintain inks to ensure accurate color and consistency across every print run.
  • Prepare and register screens, verify artwork placement, and maintain proper tension and alignment.
  • Perform press checks and inspections to guarantee top-notch quality and color accuracy.
  • Maintain and clean presses, screens, and work areas to keep production efficient and safe.
  • Collaborate with prepress, production, and finishing teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.

What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience operating screen-printing presses (automatic or manual).
  • A sharp eye for detail, color consistency, and print quality.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
