Role Description The Flexo Press Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Flexo printing presses to produce pressure-sensitive labels according to job specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, performing pre-press checks, loading and adjusting rolls, monitoring print quality, and making press adjustments as needed. The operator will inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency, perform routine maintenance, and promptly troubleshoot mechanical or printing issues. Collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams is required to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety procedures, and on-time order completion.
