Concierge Position for Luxury Salon Bartender experience a plus

We are looking for a concierge who has: 1+years in a fast-paced, customer service environment . Previous makeup/salon/spa/hotel/bar/restaurant experience preferred; not required. Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image. Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party! Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner. Serve as expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness. . Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client check in and outs. Prepare and Service High end specialty beer and wine drinks charging accordingly and following salon protocols Maintain clear communication with management about overall shop operations. Demonstrate strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task with ease. Assist with the cleanliness of the salon; be proactive in ensuring the utmost care. Assist stylists with their needs to improve efficiency.
For those applying with makeup experience, you will also be able to be put on the schedule for makeup! Can also be trained on spray tans!

Shifts available are:
Thursdays 9 am to 4
Thursdays 4 to 730pm
Fridays 9 am to 4
Fridays 4 to 8pm
Saturdays Open to Close
Sundays Open to Close
