Accounting Clerk (PT)

TPH Academy is looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team of talented accounting professionals to assist with accounts payable, expense reimbursements, credit card transactions, payroll, and audits. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounting principles and procedures as well as possess the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of related accounting experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Google Suite, Excel, and ability to learn other software programs utilized by TPH
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Energized by a fast-paced work environment
- Manages time wisely and prioritizes tasks
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
Position is part-time approximately 20 hours per week in our Hartselle, AL office. Flexibility for a hybrid in office/remote schedule considered after the initial training period. Base pay $17-21/hour based on experience.
