Field Supervisor

MoveUp Consulting is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to join our team in Providence, RI!

Compensation & Benefits/Perks:

• Base $45,000-50,000 per year (with potential to make $65k or more including bonuses)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years in Team Management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a field operations setting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the field operations industry.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.

Duties & Responsibilities of Role:

• High energy & Morning huddles
• Customer payments
• Time tracking
• Claim handling
• Truck checklist
• ETA calls
• Close out jobs in CRM
• Final review request
• Get crew pumped and ready to start the day
• Ensure crew and trucks have everything needed for the day
• Lead and supervise field teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Coordinate and schedule field activities, including personnel assignments, equipment deployment, and project timelines.
• Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among field personnel.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
