Maintenance Tech

Full time opportunity for hands on maintenance technician to represent management company

and oversee the daily preventative maintenance and custodial services for a condominium association in East Delray Beach.   Monday-Friday with some weekends.

Job Duties include:

• Hands on repairs, maintenance, and janitorial including, replacing light bulbs, dry wall repair, sanding/painting, caulking, landscaping and irrigation sprinkler system, cleaning, etc.
• Fulfill existing protocols including maintaining schedules and logs and establish new preventative maintenance protocols where needed.
• Identify major repair issues and coordinate with Property Manager
• Assist PM in coordinating the hiring of vendors when needed.
• 24 -hour emergency maintenance
• Basic electrical, plumbing, handyman, janitorial skills required. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance and custodial experience at condo
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and written for frequent interaction with residents and board members
• Must be able to work independently and responsibly
