Advisor Responsibilities

• Provides clients and customers with objective advice and product solutions.
• Creates and maintains client and prospect lists.
• Effectively develops referral networks from existing client base and community involvement.
• Meets local branch office standards and expectations.
• Develops and executes marketing plan with assistance from marketing professionals and local office support.

Required Skillset

• Excellent communication skills consisting of oral, written and listening skills.
• Ability to respond to client inquiries and concerns effectively, independently and in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness and commitment to continual learning in the Life and Health Insurance industry.
• Collaborative decision-making and problem solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience selling Life, Annuities, DI, LTC, and Medicare Health Insurance OR 1+ years in a non-insurance related sales role.
• Licensed or willingness to receive licenses to sell Life, Annuities, DI, LTC, and Medicare Health.
• Willingness and ability to prospect and network within the community to build client base.
