Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is currently seeking a Full Time Secretary for its Mount Carmel Guild Cares Preschool located in Newark, NJ.

Mount Carmel Guild Cares is fully accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC is the nation's largest and most influential organization of early-childhood educators, dedicated to improving the quality of programs for young children.

JOB DUTIES:

• Excellent computer skills
• Data entry
• Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to work in a high functioning school
• Experience is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
