Real Estate Licensed Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct sales team training.
• Assisting and guiding new agents through the onboarding process and appropriate training classes to help agents get into production quickly.
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
• Manage and oversee the activities and performance of the transaction coordinator and sales team.
• Determine and assign sales targets and/or goals along with the management team. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
• Organizing and coordinating training classes by experienced professionals, project presentations, and project visits along with the management team.
• Create and nurture a relationship with the sales representatives of the projects.
• Maintaining updates on any relevant real estate news and pre-construction project information.
• Plan and coordinate marketing strategies to recruit new agents.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualifications:

The perfect candidate MUST have a real estate license and the following preferred skills:

• Previous sales management experience
• Presentation skills (both one-on-one and group setting)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Dropbox.
• Recruitment (prospecting) and follow-up skills
• Proven experience in customer relationship management (Pipedrive software) and the MLS–Matrix.
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease to then train the agents on how to use them.
• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Leadership and time management skills.
