Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Assisting and guiding new agents through the onboarding process and appropriate training classes to help agents get into production quickly.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Manage and oversee the activities and performance of the transaction coordinator and sales team.
- Determine and assign sales targets and/or goals along with the management team. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
- Organizing and coordinating training classes by experienced professionals, project presentations, and project visits along with the management team.
- Create and nurture a relationship with the sales representatives of the projects.
- Maintaining updates on any relevant real estate news and pre-construction project information.
- Plan and coordinate marketing strategies to recruit new agents.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications:
The perfect candidate MUST have a real estate license and the following preferred skills:
- Previous sales management experience
- Presentation skills (both one-on-one and group setting)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Dropbox.
- Recruitment (prospecting) and follow-up skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management (Pipedrive software) and the MLS–Matrix.
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease to then train the agents on how to use them.
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Leadership and time management skills.
