HR Consultant - 1099

Regional HR group is in need of HR talent like YOU. If you enjoy supporting and helping clients navigate through the complexity of HR across all functional areas, then this consulting role is for YOU! You will become a key player working alongside C-suite and HR professionals along with managers as their dedicated HR professional consultant. Must be willing to support client throughout the southeast

Our clients will need you onsite though there will be some you are able to support remotely. Each client is different. Clients are located throughout the Chicagoland area. Our HR Consultants maintain part-time hours with a semi-flexible work schedule. Days/hours vary based on client's contractual needs.

You have previous Human Resources experience:

Establishing procedures and processes surrounding recruitment and/or policy development
Delivering business solutions to employee relation issues ranging from navigating the legal landscape or general business operations
Processing payroll and working with HR software platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ... Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
Approx. 10 - 15 years of experience working in HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
Extensive knowledge of HR business processes in US
Ability to help seek out and develop new client relationships
Build new busness cleints with a team approach
Entrepreneurial spirit
HR Certifications are a plus!
