Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and possess valid lift certification (boom and scissor) and fall protection training.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuum cleaners.
• Use proper cleaning agents and chemicals according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
• Safely operate aerial lifts and other equipment to access elevated areas for cleaning.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection systems.
• Complete cleaning assignments according to schedule and quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or related field preferred.
• Valid lift certification (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift) required.
• Fall protection training and certification required.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of environments.
• Willingness to work from 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
