Construction Project Managers (water, sewer, infrastructure)

Winston Builders is a General Contractor who specializes in water and sewer treatment plants and pump stations for municipalities and the private sector. We work primarily in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, but also licensed to work in New Hampshire and Connecticut. Our size projects range from $500,000 to $20,000,000.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to engineers specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination. Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project status
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements

Experience with construction management and project coordination a must. Proficiency in construction software such as ProCore, Submittal Exchange, and Microsoft Project. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes, and ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
