Virtual Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
The Virtual Sales Assistant works with the sales staff and periodically, clients. The primary role is to support sales staff with any paperwork, contracts, or other items necessary. Here are more details about the responsibilities:
- Direct Report: National Sales Manager Rental Supervisor, and other Administrative Staff
- Fills out Bills of Sale for client purchases
- Fills out Rental Contracts/Extensions
- Assists with Live Chat
- Looks ahead for any potential issues and resolves them, being resourceful and keeping all informed
- Continue correspondence with client, manufacturer, logistics, and any other team throughout process via email, phone, and text
- Follows up with any prospect that may have “fallen through the cracks”
- Maintains and updates business CRM system records and adheres to proposal and sales processes
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management to prevent similar issues in the future
- Develops and maintains strong product knowledge via the PRT Virtual Training Site, on the job experience, reviewing professional publications, and online research
