Job Description

We're searching for a Construction Project Manager who is well-versed in the construction of Restaurant projects, both ground-up and TI's.

This client has earned a very loyal base of existing clients due in large part to their consistent delivery of quality projects on time and under budget and has been rewarded with a solid backlog of projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management, specifically Restaurant projects
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
