Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, a related field or commensurate experience.
- 3-8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM consulting, with a strong focus on customer engagement solutions.
- Proven track record of successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Deep understanding of CRM processes and best practices in various industries.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- An understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodology a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience with customizations, integrations, and extensions of Dynamics CRM.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft products and cloud services, such as Azure and Power Platform.
