Position Summary: We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized technical service support for HVAC products, addressing escalated service calls with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction. The position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone or email, with the possibility of coordinating onsite visits for further assistance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in tracking and maintaining the internal database for product development.

Responsibilities:

Respond to escalated Technical Support Service calls, addressing emergency situations onsite, via phone, or online
Conduct a thorough analysis of HVAC equipment, identify points of trouble, and test system components
Update and maintain the internal customer support database for issue tracking
Assist in developing, instructing, and updating technical training materials related to HVAC products
Prepare reports at various levels, compile data into a comprehensible format, and provide information for effective communication within the department and with customers
Participate in the development and improvement of programs and activities within the Technical Services Department, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience with HVAC

Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation and/or troubleshooting experience
Demonstrated competency in oral and written communication skills for internal and external personnel
Work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and departmental goals within established time frames with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 per year
