• Negotiation skills for closing brand deals and services/clients

HIGH LEVEL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create + implement Marketing strategy for Dallas Girl Gang across social media, email marketing, and other channels

• Secure partnerships and sponsorships through negotiations and sales calls

• Client management for all partnership clients and their deliverables

• Create monthly reports and select case studies for all partnerships

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and improve Partnerships Program to enhance the structure, data, analysis, and impact

• Manage all partnerships in Dallas Girl Gang

  • schedule and take sales calls with inbound and outbound leads

  • Manage all inbound leads + funnel them into sales funnel

  • Pitch outbound for new business and partnerships

  • manage email communications with all leads + potential partners as well as current clients

  • manage client partnerships (create, strategize and execute deliverables for all partnerships)

  • Manage and build on existing partner relationships

  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies

  • Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships

  • Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners

  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance

  • Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers

• Create and manage Marketing Strategy + Calendar for Dallas Girl Gang

  • set goals and objectives monthly/quarterly

  • determine KPIs and communicate with team

  • communicate marketing strategy with team

  • align with Events + Social Media team

  • Create + schedule email marketing campaigns

• • Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product development
  • Analyzing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies
  • Staying updated with the latest marketing trends

COMPENSATION (Part-time contractor)

• Pay range $25-35/hour, average of 10-12 hours/week + Commission-based (starting at 10%)

• Monthly paycheck after submitting sales report

Role is for immediate hire and position reports to CEO.
