Everlane - Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid, Full-Time

Everlane's mission is to make ethical basics accessible to everyone around the world. We believe great design and thoughtful digital experiences can make a meaningful difference in how customers discover and shop our products.

You'll own key customer-facing experiences including Homepage content, specialty landing pages, Collection Page content and optimization, special projects, and key launches. • Build and QA onsite experiences using Builder.io, Shopify, Figma, and Airtable.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Ecommerce, Digital Designer / CRO Specialist, and Ecommerce Specialist to execute the ecommerce roadmap and prioritize site improvements.
  • Manage updates to the Integrated Marketing Calendar and track key launches and onsite moments.
  • Manage creative requests and partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, and other teams to bring ideas to life onsite.
  • Own or support A/B testing and experimentation, including developing hypotheses, coordinating tests, and analyzing results.
  • Partner with the Ecommerce team to monitor key site performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities across key site experiences and customer funnel touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular site audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve content, UX, merchandising, and conversion.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and QA.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital content, or digital production.
  • Shopify, Figma, and Airtable experience required.
  • Experience with Builder.io or a similar CMS strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing ecommerce content across Homepage, Collection Pages, landing pages, or other customer-facing experiences.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and QA skills.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or ecommerce is a plus.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer ecommerce.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or ecommerce development workflows.
  • Experience with Builder.io, Shopify Plus, or similar ecommerce platforms.
