Job Description

We are looking for PT and FT Line Cooks to join our team.

Prepare Ingredients, then cook and assemble dish as indicated by recipes.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, by restocking ingredients at workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Leads or Chef.
Notifies Chef of expected shortages.

Company Description

We are looking for a team member to join our culinary team. We are a small family-owned company located in Penryn, CA. We need both PT and Ft positions.
Currently, we have a commercial kitchen with 1 Head Chef 2 Line Cooks, 1 Sandwich Artist, 2 Front end cashiers, and 1 Kitchen Mgr. We are serving Chicken and Grilled items while at the same time Chef is creating the menu for the restaurant / bar that is under construction. Our goal is to be open in next couple months. However in the meantime, we are very busy serving our "To Go" menu.
